I am currently laying in my small bed of my apartment in Florence looking up photographers on Google which my photography professor recommended for inspiration on our individual photo projects. My favorites so far are Sally Mann and Francesca Woodman. 

I have never heard of either, but their photography is absolutely stunning. Sally Mann has the exact type of photo development and composition which excites me; 
mostly overexposed portraits with remarkably clear details:

On the other hand, Francesca Woodman played around with shutter speeds, particularly long exposure times. Her photographs are quite unique since she explored with movement in her subject matter. The one below has an interesting contrast between the leaf skeleton the subject holds against her bare back, the subject herself, and the textured wall:

Like my new found interest in different photographers, I am inspired by many other  objects, ideas, people, and places. Therefore I have decided to write a blog about these inspirational things for my remaining four weeks here in Italy specifically targeted to my family and close friends as my readers. I promise you there will be wrong word choice, run on sentences, and misspelled words, so I apologize before hand.
